Warranty & Aftercare

Herman Miller

The Embody and Embody Gaming carry a 12-year warranty.

The Aeron ships with a 1-year warranty as standard. If you want the full 12-year cover, add the 12-Year Warranty Upgrade to your order — it sits next to the Add to cart button on the Aeron product page.

Every Herman Miller chair we sell is genuine and brand new, and the warranty is handled by Aussie Chair here in Australia. Full terms and the claims process are on our Herman Miller warranty page.

LiberNovo

Every LiberNovo model is covered by a 5-year frame warranty and a 2-year warranty on the motor.

Other Brands

Warranty terms for Sihoo, UE and our other brands run from one year upwards, depending on the product category, and every claim is handled by Aussie Chair here in Australia. The exact term for a given model is listed on its product page — or ask us and we'll confirm it before you buy.

We also stock the most commonly needed replacement parts locally, so warranty support is fast and hassle-free.
